1 General Introduction & Definitions

• ৳8,000 deposited → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum) → total balance ৳13,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit amount).

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus fraud, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, or any attempt to claim bonuses by fraudulent means is detected, the relevant accounts and bonuses will be cancelled.

4.4 Right to Modify Promotions

5 Gaming Rules

6.2 Multiple Bets

If any one event is cancelled on a slip containing multiple selections, that selection will be counted as odds of 1.0.

6.3 Live Betting

7 VIP Program & Rewards

ad33's VIP program has four tiers. By playing regularly, you can advance to higher tiers and receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

ad33 reserves the right to change VIP benefits. In cases of VIP tier abuse or fraud, earned benefits may be cancelled.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by ad33

ad33 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Providing false information or identity fraud
• Bonus or promotion abuse
• Operating multiple accounts
• Fraudulent activity or manipulation
• Being identified as a minor
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity

8.2 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Before closure, any legitimate funds will be withdrawn (bonus funds will be excluded if wagering requirements have not been met).
